new server better editing

okay guys you might think its laggy but only when im on so ill stay off and play rs name in rs is qood quy. and thats it...
heres things i edited
1st i made the server
2nd i completely edited it really good but im only 2%done with editing! and so far looks good
3rd less admin/mod spots
4th max lvl is 165(cb)and the(skills) is 130
5th i fixed the lag
6th wont be on at night nomore=[
7th at xmas it will be 24/7 cuz ill have a laptop by then so...enjoy
